Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Please ensure the item is in resellable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Perishable items or products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons (e.g., opened pet food or grooming products).
  • Gift cards and clearance items are final sale and non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact us at service@tailwagtribe.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and a brief description of the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected, and your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • If your return does not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or item, please initiate a return and place a new order. If your exchange involves an item that is defective or damaged, we will cover the shipping costs for the return.

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at service@tailwagtribe.com with a photo of the damage.
  • We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the damaged product and issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

  • Flat Shipping: $7.95
  • Free shipping is available on orders over $49.99.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
